At Intimate Synergy, we are committed to providing a secure environment where our customers feel welcome and satisfied with
their purchase. We understand that product returns occasionally occur. Due to sanitary and safety reasons we only
accept returns for the following reasons:
- The order contains Damaged or Faulty product
- The order contains the wrong product which is not listed on your invoice.
Please read the following to obtain a comprehensive understanding of our return policies.

Defective Products
If any product is defective upon receipt due to defects in materials or workmanship, please contact us immediately (see
below). Intimate Synergy must receive all returns within 30 days upon receipt of order. To qualify for a return, the product
must be defective.
Upon receipt of the defective product(s), Intimate Synergy would be glad to replace the item(s) with the same product or a
different product of similar price. In the event that the product has been discontinued or is out of stock we will notify you
via email.
Cancel Order
If you wish to cancel your order and we have already shipped your order, DO NOT open your package! If the
shipping package has been opened (including original tape seals) we are unable to cancel the order and issue a refund. If
you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service department between the time the order was placed and
the date of delivery.
Return Procedure
In the event that a product is found defective upon receipt, contact us at returns@intimatesynergy.com. In your email please
provide the following information :
- Your Name
- Your Order ID
- Product Name (product ID or description)
- Brief description of product defect (ex. vibrator does not function at all - new batteries used.)
We will then contact you with further instruction on how to return your defective product(s).
