Are orders paid by personal check shipped the same day you receive the check?
No. Orders paid by personal check have a standard 10 business day waiting period while we wait for funds to clear and transfer. As soon as funds have cleared and transferred your order will be packaged and shipped.
I ordered a 'Swedish Erotica' product and the product I received says 'California Exotic'. Was I shipped the wrong product?
Swedish Erotica and California Exotic are the same company. Swedish Erotica is more like a product line of California Exotic.
How do I place an order by check or money order?
To place an order by money order or check, simply shop online as usual. When you reach the billing page during checkout, you will be presented with the option to pay by Credit Card or Money Order/Personal Check. Select Money Order or Personal Check and click the Continue button. You will then be taken to a screen with your order details along with the final cost of your order.
