Discrete Packaging
With your security in mind, Intimate Synergy ships all orders discreetly in plain packaging with a return address of
"Simple Synergy LLC" instead of "Intimate Synergy". Your package will not have any other markings that would inform
others of the contents of your order. USPS Priority Mail orders will arrive in a standard USPS Priority Mail box
with no markings. Orders shipped by UPS or DHL will come in a plain brown box.
Shipment Methods
For all domestic orders we recommend shipping your order via DHL Ground. This allows your order to be received within
1-5 business days from the time your order is processed, packaged and shipped.* For customers who need alternative shipment
or shipping options we
also offer shipments via UPS and USPS.**
DHL Ground Shipping
DHL Ground is our most affordable shipping service. DHL Ground orders are delivered to their destination address
within 1-5 business days. We highly recommend using DHL Ground as it is the most affordable and in most cases is
delivered faster than using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. DHL Ground cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, APOs or
FPOs.
USPS Priority Shipping
All USPS Priority Shipping orders should arrive withing 3 to 5 business days from the day the order is shipped. Orders
shipped to APOs, FPOs, Alaska, Hawaii, and other United States territories may take longer. USPS Priority Mail is a
non-gauranteed service - which means once it has left our shipping center we are unable to provide detailed packing
information. If the package is damaged or lost, we are unable to provide a refund as the United States Postal Service does
not guarantee delivery of Priority Mail.
UPS Standard Ground Shipping
UPS Ground Shipping orders should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from the day the order is shipped. UPS Standard
Ground cannot ship to PO Boxes.
DHL Express Shipping
DHL Express Shipping orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time are processed and shipped the same business day we
receive the order and should arrive within one to two business days. DHL Express 1-2 business day Shippments cannot be
delivered
to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or other US territories may may take longer for delivery. In
the event an item in your order goes on backorder that same day before your order is shipped, we will contact you via email to
notify you.
International Shipping
Intimate Synergy uses USPS Global Priority Mail when shipping to most International locations. USPS Global Priority
Mail takes on average 7-14 business days (up to 3 weeks), but can take longer if delayed by customs or local
postal systems. Intimate Synergy
is not responsible for shipments that are lost, mis-routed, or delayed due to local postal delivery problems. You may be held
responsible for customs or other fees upon your shipment's arrival. At this time tracking is not provided by the United
States Postal Service for Global Priority Mail. The tracking number provided on your order status page will be a US Customs
Number.
International Note:
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for
customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may be. Since customs policies vary widely
from country to country, we suggest that you contact your local customs
office for further information.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your shipment. In the
event you do not receive your tracking number via email - please visit our "order tracking page"
to obtain your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number, contact DHL, the US Postal Service or UPS to determine the
status of your shipment.
Undeliverable Shipments
Order that are undeliverable for any reason will be returned to Intimate Synergy and you will be refunded only for the amount
of the product purchased - you will not be refunded for shipping charges and taxes. If shipments are undeliverable due to an
incorrect address, Intimate Synergy may charge a 15% restocking fee. Intimate Synergy does not guarantee shipment times for
undeliverable packages. If shipment tracking confirms the delivery of your order Intimate Synergy is not responsible for
replacement orders or refunds. In this event, please contact the shipment carrier you chose for the order.
Items Out Of Stock
If items in your order are out of stock and you've selected DHL Express we will ship what we have
immediately. If USPS or UPS is selected we will wait until the item is back "in stock" before we ship your order. Your
credit card will be charged for the entire order, including those items that may be on backorder.
